Administration and Cancellation Policy

  1.  Rental must be pre-paid. After renter confirms their quote they must pay a 25% deposit within 7 days to secure their booking at Bali Sanur Beach Villa's. The final balance owing is due 30 days prior to renters arrival at villa.
  2. The 25% deposit paid to secure renters required dates at Bali Sanur Beach Villa's is non-refundable.
  3.  If renter does not make full payment by the due date which is 30 days prior to arrival it will be considered as a cancellation and Bali Sanur Beach Villa's reserves the right to pass the pre-booked dates onto other interested renters.
  4.  If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty will be applied. Any reduction in the length of stay is classed as a cancellation for the dates reduced.
  5.  Earlier departures or no show is not refundable.
  6. All renters making bookings to stay at Bali Sanur Beach Villa's are applicable to this policy.
